Mark Bittman at TED2007

Mark Bittman, a food writer for the New York Times who writes 'The Minimalist' series (a great source of simple, fresh recipes), sums up the current threats to the world, created in part by the way we approach food.

It makes me want to be vegetarian. I'm very lucky that I get organic meals every day and eat junk food barely. Thanks to my mother for that!

Merci pour le commentaire! Je pense que c'est facile d'etre vegeterienne.. beaucoup de personnes pense que je souffre, mais ce n'est pas vrais.. je mange de nourriture delicieuse chaque jour!
whew. that was exhausting. my french brain has been ignored for a decade. it was fun though.. j'aime ta blog (or would it be blogue?)

Just a hunch, haha, I saw some franglais tendencies on your blog:)
I did french immersion in high school and my friends and I were always throwing french expressions into everyday conversation..
